Early Dismissal/Delayed Opening 2023/2024 Schedules

 

Students in grades 5-8 at Griswold Middle School rotate between Science and Social Studies halfway through each quarter.

The 2023-2024 Science/Social Studies rotations are as follows:

  • Quarter 1: August 29 - November 1
    • First Rotation: Aug. 29 - Sep. 28
    • Second Rotation: Sept. 29 - Nov. 1
  • Quarter 2: November 2 - January 17 
    • First Rotation: Nov. 2 – Dec. 7
    • Second Rotation: Dec. 8 – Jan.17
  • Quarter 3: January 18 - March 25
    • First Rotation: Jan. 18 – Feb. 21
    • Second Rotation: Feb. 22– March 25
  • Quarter 4: March 26 - June 10
    • First Rotation: March 26 – May 6
    • Second Rotation: May 7 – June 10

This schedule is based on GMS's Green/White Day Rotation (2023/2024 Schedule).

In the event of school closures due to inclement weather, adjustments will be made, as necessary.
