Nexus Lab

nex·us (noun) a connection or series of connections linking two or more things.

The Nexus at Griswold High School is a cutting-edge computer lab with a radical new design, dedicated to three main uses:

• animation
• coding
• esports (competition using multiplayer video games)

The Nexus Lab will be the central location for new opportunities in IT, shoutcasting, streaming, social media, business, sports writing, CADD, and other STEAM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math).  The Nexus will drive the school’s programming and offerings into the digital age.

The Nexus Lab is the first of its kind for high schools in Connecticut. It provides students grades nine through twelve a welcoming space where they want to both play and learn.
