Dear Parents and Guardians,
As the school year begins, we realize that some parents are trying to navigate and learn how to use programs and or devices that the students are using in the classrooms. We are here to support you at this time. We have established a Help Desk Line for you to be able to receive help should you need it. The number is 860-376-7662. Please feel free to call the Help Desk Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Please understand if we don't answer your call we may be on the line helping another family but we will be happy to call you back as soon as we can so please feel free to leave us a message. We thank you in advance for your patience.
This must be signed Parent Form and returned the first day your student attends and they will receive their device. If your child borrowed a device when school closed in the spring and has not returned it, then no device will be given.
If your child is opting out and strictly doing distance learning, then you will be receiving a phone call to set up a time to pick up a device from our technology staff for your convenience.
We look forward to working with you as we embark on this wonderful new opportunity. If you have any questions, please contact one of us at your convenience.
