CAPT testing this year will be from Tuesday, March 5th through Thursday, March 14th. All sophomores and select juniors will be tested in the areas of Reading, Writing, Math, and Science. Griswold High School’s goal for all students is to receive a 4 in all areas. The basic graduation requirement currently requires all students to earn at least a 3 in all four areas.
Below you will find a copy of the schedule for the eight days of CAPT testing. This schedule includes the testing schedule and the schedule of classes that will occur each day after testing is finished. Even though classes will be shortened, there will still be schoolwork and homework continuing during those eight days.
For those juniors and seniors that have already earned at least a 3 in all four areas, they are allowed to come in late, provided they have their own mode of transportation. Please consult this document to know when those students need to report to school each day.
